Conditions of sale. There is no cost using our booking service unless you cancel a booking then a 12% cancellation fee applies. There is no cancellation fee if you are just changing dates outside the 48 hour arrival time. All gift vouchers have an expiry date and expired vouchers have no value. Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash. Only the recipient can redeem the voucher i.e. it can not be passed on to someone else. Redeeming of vouchers is subject to availability.
